How It Works

A custom training plan will be provided to get you to your goal.

If training for a half or full marathon, a 12-week plan will be provided and will be based on your current abilities, the target goal and the time before your race. Plan workouts are provided every 4 weeks, so as to incorporate your feedback and your performance, and to keep the plan customized for you.

I have been running for 20+ years and even though I have run many half marathons and 10km races I never really took the opportunity to prepare for a marathon. Last year I joined this challenge that took several months to prepare. It was only because I had the best support that I could start preparing, Jamie took the time to prepare my training plan and supported me through the process. I was able to run a half marathon at 5min/km after some time running above this pace and 1 month later, I finally completed my first full marathon.
